Welcome to the official website of Deen Dayal Upadhyay Government Degree College, Sahjanwa, Gorakhpur, established in 1993 . The college stands as a distinguished institution of higher education in the eastern region of Uttar Pradesh, committed to academic excellence, value-based education, and holistic student development. In today’s rapidly changing and highly competitive world, the role of higher education has become more significant than ever. Government Degree College, Sahjanwa continuously strives to equip students with strong academic foundations, practical exposure, research aptitude, innovation, and leadership qualities. The institution is actively implementing the vision of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, focusing on multidisciplinary education, flexibility in learning, skill enhancement, and learner-centric academic practices.
